Instead of nutrients, taste is the primary factor considered by the modern children while taking foods. At the like time, modern generation is less interested in physical workouts even though they are taking excessive fatty and sweetly foods. Thus excess calories acquired through food get deposited or roll up in the body as fat which will create problems in the life of the child at present as headspring as in the future. Overeating may increase the obesity related problems further.Modern researches have shown that childhood obesity may cause physical and mental problems in the current life of the child as well as in the future life of the child.
